Kevin is Ovation’s controller, overseeing all aspects of the Company’s financial activities. He has over 25 years of real estate accounting experience. Kevin gained experience in private equity working for the Crow family in Dallas where he maintained books for multiple partnerships. The private equity funds invested in commercial, retail, hotels and multifamily properties. Kevin was also the controller for Hudson Advisors in Dallas, working on multiple, billion-dollar international private equity funds. Kevin also has a strong background in the multifamily sector, serving as Sr. Controller for Greystar, overseeing the accounting of a portfolio of over 150 properties including a large portfolio belonging to RREEF. Most recently, Kevin was the Vice President of Finance for Sentinel Peak Capital Partners. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and obtained his CPA license in 2005.
